Hot Rod Lincoln is always a crowd pleaser, and if you are showing up at any audition, from rock to country, rip out this lick and watch the smiles flow across the room. It is one of those "have-to-know" licks that should be in your arsenal.

HRL walks you through this signature lick from beginning to end, starting slowly and working up to speed. It introduces some cool techniques like palm-muting and torquey reverse string bends, as well as concentrating on clean picking.

HRL Endng is a lick I like to append to the HRL lick either when ending the tune, or just playing the HRL lick on its own. It is something that I just ad-lib, but folks wanted to know how I did it, so here's the secret. Fit this lick in anywhere. It  is also a great picking excercise all on its own. Start slow, and work it up to speed!
